Hello! My name is Alina Stewart. Being a lifestyle coach isn't just about knowing nutrition and basic fitness. Over the years, I've achieved my bachelors in Kinesiology, majoring in Exercise & Health physiology. On top of that, I have my post-injury rehab certification, meaning my clients are in the best of hands.
On top of learning how our bodies work and recover, I have experience as an extreme weight loss coach, training as a life coach, and have been working in the industry for nearly ten years.
I created Capacitas Welness so that I can help my clients the way they need.
There is no book that can tell you how you need to be cared for. Instead, I will help you figure it out so that we, together, can make a plan to take care of you.
